Today I maked my Muffins again, but with a different cream on it xD
Was quit easy and the result was "Yummmmmy" !!!
The recipe
Dough:
260 g flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder1 pinch cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt1 egg
180 g sugar
100 ml oil
250 ml yoghurt
Preheat oven to 180 ° C aud. The baking tins set in the muffin tin. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Whisk the egg . Stir in sugar, oil and yogurt. Fold the flour mixture and stir everything short. Fill the dough into the baking pan and bake on the middle rail about 20-25 minutes.

For the icing:
200 g icing sugar, sifted
80 g butter, soft
25 ml milk
80 g White cocolate cream
Whisk all ingredients for glaze until smooth fluffy mixture. spread with a knife on the filled cupcakes.
